MCE Group Ltd has been improving UK plant reliability since 1990. We provide 24-7 emergency services, operations improving diagnostic services, and comprehensive valve management services. Our ValvPerformance Testing™, V-CAL in situ Relief Valve Testing and Valve Maintenance Database (VMD), provides our customers with improved uptime and superior asset management. Our customer base is diverse due to our broad expertise in various industry requirements on valve maintenance. We hold several long-term contracts with major process industry leaders throughout the UK.

MCE Groups’ 19,000 sq/ft head office and workshop in the UK is based in Stockton-on-Tees, in the North-East, with a second workshop based in Warrington, Cheshire in the North-West. Within these workshops we have dismantling and assembly areas, a machine shop, weld shop, shot blast & paint units, craneage, stores with spare parts, training facilities and mobile workshops.
From each base, we can provide Control, Relief and Isolation valve refurbishment including actuation to the Chemical, Petrochemical, Power / Nuclear Power, Food & Beverage and Pharmaceutical Industries.
We also carry out major shutdown work and site maintenance. All valves serviced in our workshops are controlled by a Valve Management Database which has a remote web-based access facility which enables our clients to track the progress of their valves in real time from their own plant.

We are a Stockist and Master Distributor in Europe for ValvTechnologies range of severe service, metal seated isolation valves, including their flagship V1-1 four year guaranteed zero leakage ball valves for steam applications. An after sales support service is also provided by MCE Group on this valve range.
