Materials Testing 2019
Oil and gas professionals can see the latest in inspection techniques at Materials Testing 2019 which takes place from 3-5 September in Telford, UK.
The biennial event, which is free to attend, is the world's most comprehensive exhibition of NDT, materials testing, condition monitoring and diagnostic technologies. Materials Testing 2019 will feature over 70 exhibitors plus a wide range of seminars and workshops, and will run alongside the NDT 2019 conference. Both events are organised by the British Institute of Non-Destructive Testing (BINDT).
This year's show comes as new technologies are transforming the NDT industry.
Paul Fidgeon, Chair of the organising committee, said: "NDT plays a major role in ensuring safety in the oil and gas industry and new techniques offer potential for more cost-effective testing and monitoring.
"Materials Testing is a global meeting place where industry users and NDT professionals can keep up to date with developments. There has never been a better time to attend."
According to Market Research Future Analysis, the global NDT services market is to grow at a healthy CAGR of 8% during the coming years to reach an estimated value of US$26 billion by the end of 2023.
