We have a full service organization for turnkey services for the repair of valves to include: process valves (gates, globes, checks, etc.), control valves, safety valves and pressure/vacuum vents. We have complete repair capabilities, valve preventive maintenance programs and a valve data management program.

forms of asset’s, enabling maximum performance
by managed maintenance routines. This service

Data is acquired and managed through our custom
designed Total Asset Management Database System
integrated in our ERP-System.
Total Asset Management Database
Our database holds technical information for most
types of valve.
Historical job data is stored within the database,
enabling the production of frequency statistics and
giving the ability to highlight routinely failing assets.
All overhaul data can be automatically produced
from the asset database with technical details
printed, reducing the risk of errors or omissions of
key data.
Hertel’s Stock Asset Logistics system enables a bill
of materials to be viewed for each asset. Customer
stock is stored within the facility, enabling us to
quickly obtain spares, should they be required
during an overhaul.
The database can be utilised as a planning tool for
our centres, allowing us to track progress through
the workshop and enabling the centre personnel
to produce reports such as work in progress and
work on hold. This, in turn, increases the feedback
available to our customers, enabling better relations
and early identification and mitigation of any problems arising.
